Does rupAali ship artwork worldwide?

If you can receive a package via UPS or FedEx, then we can ship to you!We do our best. Please add items to your cart/basket and navigate to the checkout. You will be able to select from available countries and also calculate your shipping total. If your country is not on the list then we are currently unavailable to ship to you.

Do you offer free shipping?

No. We believe in complete transparency and free will of our customer. Rather than marking up the price and bounding customer to one particular courier of our choice we give you an option to choose.


Which courier do you use?

We ship all of our products via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the destination. 


When will my order ship?

Original painting & Prints ship within 5 - 7 business days after you place your order. 

Greeting cards ship with 3 - 4 business days after you place your order. 

Please note - even if you select "overnight" as your shipping method, we still need the time (above) to actually print, assemble, and package your order. Everything at Fine Art America is printed and manufactured "on demand". We don't have any pre-made products sitting on our shelves.


When will my package arrive?

All our products ship from the United States. 

Original painting ships from Chicago.

Framed prints, canvas prints, regular prints, and greeting cards are all produced in North Carolina. Acrylic prints and metal prints are produced in California. 

The transit time will depend on your location in the world and the selected shipper.


Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number included in the e-mail. We send the e-mail to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

Will I have to pay an additional Import duty, Tax or Charges?

Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country's national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by in any way. Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

How the Paintings are packaged for shipping?

My artwork is valuable to me and so as my customer. I am grateful of your purchase and want to give best experience possible. All the paintings will be shipped in deluxe shipping box.

Possible Dispatch Delays

If your order is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email to notify you. There are some things that we need to verify on your payment details, we will contact you by phone or email to verify.


What happens if my order is damaged during shipment?

We replace any order related to prints and cards! 

We do our absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way. 

If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us using the form on the following page, and we'll get a replacement order into production ASAP: 

Don't worry - damage rarely occurs. We wouldn't be in business for very long if it did!
