Among my most favorite of times is time spent at a lakeside feeling the breeze all around me, smelling the dampness and muskiness in the air, and listening to the creatures participating in an impromptu concert. A sunset over a lake with its multicolored image reflected back to it in the water and the silhouettes of the trees on the shore is one of the most beautiful sights that can ever be experienced. This painting tries to capture that feeling on the paper.
